Jeff Hertz
Managing Partner and COO
Jeff Hertz is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Easton Infusion, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, focusing on specialty pharmacy and infusion services. He founded SIA Specialty Infusion in Boca Raton, establishing four ambulatory infusion centers for multi-specialty therapies. Jeff oversaw all aspects of the organization, including accreditation and patient experience, making it a trusted healthcare provider.
Previously, he was the Owner and Principal of Health Care Pharmacy in Jersey City, NJ, where he led the business for over 15 years, achieving over 500% revenue growth and ensuring compliance with 340B regulations.
Jeff also dedicated nearly 20 years as Chairman of the Board for the Metropolitan Family Health Network, a Federally Qualified Health Center, (FQHC), where he helped guide strategic initiatives in community health and oversaw pharmacy operations across multiple hospital projects.
Joe Rothman
Managing Partner and CCO
Joe Rothman is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Easton Infusion, where he leads strategic initiatives to expand access to infusion therapies nationwide. As a 340B Apexus Certified Expert, Joe brings over a decade of experience in developing and scaling 340B pharmacy programs and designing digital health solutions tailored to the HIV+ and HIV prevention communities.
Joe specializes in guiding 340B Covered Entities through the complexities of program oversight and compliance, helping them implement best practices and maximize their savings. His expertise is frequently sought by organizations aiming to optimize their existing 340B strategies and uncover new opportunities for growth.
At Easton Infusion, Joe leverages his deep understanding of the 340B program, regulatory compliance, and strategic development to strengthen partnerships with community providers and enhance patient care. His work continues to drive innovation and impact across the healthcare landscape.
